This section summarizes some of the frequently asked questions with regards to myMONSTER TCS.


Question: On the mobile device, after installing the JRE (Personal Profile) and client software I get the message "Can't Create Process". How can i resolve this?

Answer: On startup the monster.exe tries to find the cvm.exe and stores to store it on the path in the registry. Sometimes this fails on some mobile devices. Possible work around: 1. Restart your device and try again. 2. If it still does not work, use a registry editor to edit the Registry key: "HKCU\Software\Fokus\MONSTER\cvmPath=xxx" where xxx is the absolute path to the exe file.


Question: From where can I download JRE for windows Mobile and Windows CE

Answer: The JRE for mobile devices can be downloaded from here


Question : Can the current version be compiled under android SDK environment? Did you demonstrate the client on Android smartphone (like HTC android)?

Answer: Yes the MONSTER SDK can be used on the Google Android platform. We are working on a distribution branch for the Android platform, early results can be found here
